Finding the right therapist can feel like a daunting decision. It’s important to work with someone who genuinely understands you and supports your journey.

Before you commit to counselling sessions with me

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine if my approach aligns with your needs, completely free of any obligation to continue.

Who I am qualified and experienced to work with

I see adults, teenagers and children for short and long-term therapy. Sessions are usually weekly, I have some flexibility for fortnightly and monthly sessions.

Length and cost of sessions

Each session is 50 minutes and cost £50. I have some concession sessions available which start at £35.

Location

I am available for face-to-face sessions near Deal in Kent. Clients from the surrounding towns see me at my therapy room in a small wellbeing centre. I provide online counselling for clients outside the Kent area. I also arrange outdoor therapy; please contact me for more details.

How to pay

I accept payment via bank transfer; payment is to be made 24 hours in advance of each session.

Cancellation policy

I require 48 hours' notice of any cancellations so that I can offer this time to another person.

I understand that life happens, and sometimes illness or a last-minute emergency happens. just let me know, and we can reschedule.

Location Details

I'm based near Deal in a small wellbeing centre where there is free parking available, with train station and bus stops close by. I also work online via the Teams platform nationally. I find working online just as beneficial as in-person work. I provide therapy services tailored to your emotional needs and life's challenges.

I support local areas such as Folkestone, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Canterbury, Sandwich, and Ashford.
