I’m here to support you on your journey toward a more fulfilling life. I offer therapy in my private rooms near Deal and Canterbury and also work online via the Teams platform for your convenience. I have both personal and professional experience in working with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia.
Frequency and Location When Working Together:
I typically work with clients on a weekly basis, but I also offer flexibility for both fortnightly and monthly sessions.
You can see me in person in Deal or Canterbury, where there is plenty of free parking directly outside the therapy rooms, with train station and bus stops nearby.
We can also connect online via the Teams platform as this may work best for you.

In individual therapy, I provide a caring space for adults, children, and young people to talk about their thoughts, feelings, and life experiences.
I can arrange individual sessions in a safe outdoor setting.
